The main job of any host is to ensure that all guests are enjoying themselves and have plenty to eat and drink. Since your party will be virtual using DirtySantaVirtually.com, it might be nice prepare "kits" for your guests. Make, package and deliver a snack goodie bag for each guest so that everyone is enjoying the same snack during your party. You can do the same for a signature drink.

You can add the names of your guests before the party starts and save some time and worry during the party. You can do this while you are signing up for a party or on you Dash(er)board. A link to your Dash(er)board was emailed to you during the sign up process.
To ensure the party doesn't start without all of your guests, consider socializing with your guests for 20 or 30 minutes. This will allow plenty of time for those one of two guests that are always late!
Make sure you use the "Gift Swap List" located in your Dash(er)board. This list will tell you how has what gift from whom. It will make the job of swapping gifts much easier on you as the host! A link to your Dash(er)board was emailed to you during your sign up process.
Send a thank you message in your Facebook Event thanking your guests for attending.
